Sri Lanka Apple Vape Flavor Bulk Supply: What Wholesale Buyers Should Know

Reorder cycles and demand patterns in Sri Lanka

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Sri Lanka trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Timing orders around the production calendar

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Shekou and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Sri Lanka launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Minimum order quantities are designed for trade: typical entry at 2,000 units, with mixed-flavor cartons available so first orders are not forced into a single profile. Volume tiers usually step up at pallet and container quantities, where per-unit savings become significant.

Wholesale apple vape flavor pricing sits in a wide band depending on specification — roughly $2.40 per unit on typical ready-stock lines, with aggressive tier reductions as quantity increases. Quotations always separate unit price, packing and freight so buyers can see exactly what moves the number.
