Apple Vape Flavor Distributor Program in Nepal: Wholesale FAQ
Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen
Pre-shipment inspection draws an AQL sample from the finished apple vape flavor run, testing draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and seal integrity. The report accompanies the shipping confirmation, along with loading photographs.
Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Nepal trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.
Timing orders around the production calendar
Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.
Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Nepal warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.
Freight options from Shenzhen to Nepal
We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Yantian and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.
The fastest route to a live number is a message with quantity and destination. Those two details let the desk return apple vape flavor unit pricing, freight options and stock positions for Nepal in a single reply - usually within hours.
Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Nepal launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Frequently asked questions
How do you handle defective units?
Confirmed defects are replaced on the next order against photo or video evidence. Pre-shipment AQL inspection keeps defect rates low, and claims are processed against batch records rather than estimates.
Can I print my own brand on the products?
Private-label apple vape flavor is supported with modest minimums, covering device colors, logo printing, flavor development and full custom retail packaging. Digital mockups precede physical samples, and production starts only after your sign-off.
Do you ship to Germany?
Yes — we ship to Poland on a regular basis via sea, air or express depending on volume. Ask for a DDP quotation if you want duties and taxes included, or FOB if your forwarder handles freight.
How are orders packed for transport?
Units ship in sealed inner trays inside five-layer export cartons under 18kg each, with full carton markings. Palletization, stretch wrap and corner protection are standard for container loads.
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample sets are available for trade buyers evaluating a first order. The sample policy depends on the line and destination; ask the desk for current terms and we will deduct sample cost from the first bulk order where applicable.
What puffs and battery specs do these devices offer?
Configurations range from compact 2,000-puff devices with 650mAh cells to high-capacity lines, spanning e-liquid volumes of 20ml. Specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation sheet.
What payment terms do you accept?
New orders generally run on bank transfer with a deposit to confirm production and the balance before shipment. Established accounts with order history can discuss milestone-based terms for container programs.
How long does production and shipping take?
Ready-stock orders ship within days; custom or production orders take 5 to 7 working days depending on quantity and season. Sea freight to most major markets follows on top of that, with air freight available for urgent launches.
Can I order mixed flavors in one carton?
Yes. Most apple vape flavor lines allow mixed flavor packing within a master carton, typically in inner-tray multiples. This lets retailers offer a broad range from day one and identify the local best-sellers before reordering deep.
