Apple Vape Flavor Export Service Checklist for Kenya Trade Buyers

Storage and shelf life at your Kenya warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Sample policy and product evaluation

For container programs and private-label projects, ask for the specification workbook before ordering. Contact the desk at +86 13711127975; most quotes are returned within a few hours during China business time.

For online sellers in Kenya, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new apple vape flavor listing go live the day stock arrives.

Practical checklist

• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims

Apple Vape Flavor export service pricing for Kenya trade customers

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Reorder forecasting is a shared exercise. Kenya buyers who share a rough quarterly forecast get production slots reserved and freight consolidated, which shows up directly in the per-unit number.
