Chile Apple Vape Flavor MOQ: What Wholesale Buyers Should Know

Common mistakes Chile first-time buyers make

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Stock rotation at the Chile warehouse should run first-in-first-out, with cartons held between 15°C and 30°C and humidity under 65%. Batch dates printed on every master carton make the discipline easy to audit.

After-sales support and claims handling

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Chile trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Quality control for apple vape flavor starts before production, not after. Incoming cells are capacity-sorted and voltage-tested, e-liquid batches receive nicotine-content and density checks, and each lot is logged against its production date so traceability runs from finished unit back to raw material.

Timing orders around the production calendar

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including TPD — before goods leave.

Claims are rare and handled fast. Photo evidence of a damaged carton or defective unit is matched against batch records and resolved with replacement units on the next apple vape flavor shipment to Chile.

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Hong Kong, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 5 to 7 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.
