Kenya Apple Vape Flavor OEM Service: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Packaging standards for export cartons

Retail presentation for apple vape flavor starts at the factory. Single units are sealed in foil pouches or blister cards with tamper-evident marks, grouped in inner trays of ten, and loaded into five-layer export master cartons that survive long-haul handling.

Sample evaluation should mirror real trading conditions: open the carton, check sealing and labeling, test draw and vapor, then compare flavor against the reference profile the desk provides.

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Freight options from Shenzhen to Kenya

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Ningbo-Zhoushan, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 7 to 10 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Kenya shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Practical checklist

• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base

Documents that travel with every shipment

If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Kenya launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
