Apple Vape Flavor Private Label in Australia: Field Notes from the Trade Desk

Timing orders around the production calendar

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Guangzhou Nansha and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

First orders from Australia rarely need to be large. A mixed apple vape flavor carton starting at 2,000 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.

Freight to Australia runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.

Practical checklist

• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day

Comparing quotations the professional way

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.
