Apple Vape Flavor Sample Orders Checklist for Ohio Trade Buyers

Freight options from Shenzhen to Ohio

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Shekou and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Ohio warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.

Storage and shelf life at your Ohio warehouse

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Stock rotation at the Ohio warehouse should run first-in-first-out, with cartons held between 15°C and 30°C and humidity under 65%. Batch dates printed on every master carton make the discipline easy to audit.

Private-label projects for Ohio brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

Practical checklist

• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
