Apple Vape Flavor Warehouse Inventory Checklist for Pakistan Trade Buyers

Storage and shelf life at your Pakistan warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Pakistan: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Common mistakes Pakistan first-time buyers make

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including TPD — before goods leave.

When destination rules in Pakistan change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.

Practical checklist

• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins

Compliance paperwork for Pakistan imports

If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Pakistan launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

Every quotation for Pakistan separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.
